TIME FOR A PICNIC
As the weather gets warmer it’s finally time for picnics with your loved ones. To give you more time to spend with friends, we have rounded up all the accessories needed, to be your best companions this summer and many more to come.


Al fresco dining and picnics requires a bit of planning. And more importantly the right accessories! From our unbreakable cups, to our popsicles for your favourite frozen cocktails to-go, all our summer items have been designed with sunshine in mind and are easy to bring in your picnic basket..
PICNIC ACCESSORIES
Cocktail recipes & tips
Summer Orchard Tea
(To be shared)
125ml • 4.5oz Absolut Elyx
75ml • 2.5oz Lillet Blanc
50ml • 1.75oz Apricot or Peach Syrup
200ml • 7oz Chilled Fresh Mint Tea
Juice of one Freshly squeezed Lemon
Combine all ingredients in a jug and chill in the fridge for at least 8 hours. Decant into a thermos to keep chilled and serve in a Copper Beach Cup, garnished with fresh mint.
Watermelon Basil
(For 1 Icy Martini)
80ml • 2.5oz Absolut Elyx
240ml • 5oz Watermelon Juice
¼ cup • 50 g White Sugar
10 Basil Leaves
Add all ingredients to a blender & blend until smooth, strain from pulp and seeds. Divide mix between Icy Martini Moulds, add cap and freeze for 2 hours or until frozen through.
Rose Grey
(To be shared)
100ml • 3.5oz Absolut Elyx
100ml • 3.5oz Lillet Rose
225ml • 8oz Chilled Cold Brew Earl Grey Tea
50ml • 1.75oz Strawberry Syrup Juice of one Freshly squeezed Lemon
Combine all ingredients in a jug and chill in the fridge for at least 8 hours. Decant into a thermos to keep chilled and serve in a Copper Beach Cup, garnished with strawberries, mint and a cucumber slice.
Strawberry Citrus
(For 1 Icy Martini)
80ml • 2.5oz Absolut Elyx
80ml • 2.5oz Lime Juice
80ml • 2.5oz Filtered Water
80ml • 2.5oz Strawberries
¼ cup • 50 g White Sugar
Add all ingredients to a blender & blend
until smooth, strain from pulp and seeds. Divide mix between Icy Martini Moulds, add cap and freeze for 2 hours or until frozen through.
Jasmine Dreams
(To be shared)
100ml • 3.5oz Absolut Elyx
100ml • 3.5oz Cantaloupe Melon Juice
250ml • 8.5oz Cold Brew Chilled Jasmine Tea
25ml • 1.75oz Lillet Blanc
25ml • 3/4 oz Freshly squeezed Lime Juice
Combine all ingredients in a jug and chill in the fridge for at least 8 hours. Decant into a thermos to keep chilled and serve in a Copper Beach Cup, garnished with edible flowers and a lime zest, then serve.
Rhu the Day
30ml • 1oz Absolut Elyx
30ml • 1oz Lillet Rose
15ml • 0.5oz Rhubarb Syrup
90ml • 3oz Grapefruit Soda
Build all ingredients over crushed ice in a Rainbow Drinking Cup, top with soda and stir gently to combine.
